Vriesekoop supplies fresh chicken breast fillets and chicken thigh meat in diverse packaging: in vacuum bags of 1 to 5 kg and trays from 500g to 5 kg. We can offer the fillets per number, weight, tray or bag. We pack our products according to the customer’s requirements, using a plain white box or a cloudy-pattern box.
Our fresh chicken breast fillets are produced and supplied from our production plants in Rosmalen (NL 5582) and Zoetermeer (NL 5610). To continue to meet our strict quality criteria and to offer a broader assortment to the retail sector, we made considerable investments in our facilities in 2014. New, fully automatic and semi-automatic Stork processing machinery, fitted with new state-of-the-art Marel calibration lines, assure that well-trimmed fillets are calibrated to the right size. Additionally, we can now cut larger fillets at the right angle and to the right size using our newly installed Marel I-Cut machine. Using a vacuum suction system, carcasses, trimmings and skin are now collected at a single location in the production plant, creating an even cleaner and more efficient operational process.
